This policy explains how Miraj Events, LLC ("Miraj Events," "we," "us") collects and uses information through mirajevent.com.

Information you give us

When you send an inquiry or request our services guide, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, event type, date, venue, guest count, budget range and message. If you complete the first step of a two-step form but don't finish, we save that first step so we can follow up.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and OpenAI Ads (ChatGPT) measurement to understand how visitors find and use the site and to measure our advertising. These services use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, the site or ad that referred you, device and browser type, and approximate location. We also record the page you first landed on and the ad or campaign that brought you, and attach it to any inquiry you send.

When you submit an inquiry, your email address and phone number may be shared with Google in a hashed (encoded) form to measure which ads led to inquiries ("enhanced conversions").

How we use information

• To contact you about your inquiry by phone, text or email
• To understand and improve our website and advertising

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

Our website is hosted by Netlify, which receives form submissions on our behalf. We use Google (Analytics and Ads), OpenAI (ads measurement) and Google Workspace for email. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on and manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
• You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us by emailing admin@mirajevent.com.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond, provide services and meet legal and accounting obligations, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
